Sasha Grey for V Magazine – a short film by Richard Phillips

Shot in and around the Chemosphere house, designed by legendary mid-century architect John Lautner, this film is meant to be a metaphor of Grey’s future as a creative being. With every new project (she also has an erotic photo book and is a musician), you get the feeling this is what she should have been doing all along.

I love the rainy day optimism of this film. Many of the visual cues are dark and moody, but you are swept away regardless. Brilliant.
