The gorgeous Anna from MealsFromTheGirlInTheLittleBlackDress has a new feature called “How I fit in my little black dress” where she interviews someone whose figure and healthy lifestyle she admires. And she was sooo sweet to choose me for her first feature post.
While answering questions for the interview, she gave me the great idea to write-up a list of 5 places in DC that have my favorite healthy eating options. I thought I’d also share them with you:
The Mallorca Sandwich: Sauteed eggplant, zucchini, caramelized onions, sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese (optional) & olive tapenade on Foccacia bread (served warm)
The Lisbon Crepe: smoked salmon, shallots, chives, dill
