South Moon Under had a big celebration for the grand opening of their new store in Mosaic District in Fairfax (a surprisingly beautiful and well-appointed shopping center). Emily Schuman of Cupcakes and Cashmere was there to help celebrate the big day and sign her newly-released book. I am looking forward to going back once the shopping center is fully occupied, and especially to try out Empire Oyster House by the Black Restaurant Group (of Pearl Dive Oyster Palace and Back Salt Restaurant).
