The grand design studio space at BCBGMAXAZRIA

A magical day full of fashion, art and design in Los Angeles CA behind the scenes at one of our favorite brands
Much of the artwork we saw at BCBG was made from reused materials: store displays or recycled fabrics and paper

This expansive sewing room is just used for making samples!

[Clockwise] employee lounge with hanging lanterns, colorful thread room, and a Lubov Loves Box!

These paper lanterns along with many of the furniture and decorations in the employee lounge were reused from store displays, photo shoots, and props

Perusing the jewelry and accessories

A couple of my favorite pieces – a pyramid stud chain bracelet and a trio of chain-linked rings

The in-house photography studio with an enviable set-up of lights and endless white walls

One of the most fun employee activities at BCBGMAXAZRIA is a styling session where Lubov selects employees to style and model 5-looks using any of the clothes, shoes, and accessories from the latest collections. Their photos are sent to BCBG stores to showcase the variety of ways a customer can style the merchandise. Everyone was having such a blast!

Such a pretty color on this Dillon maxi skirt and yellow Astor cross-body bag

The walls throughout the BCBG headquarters hold dozens of pieces of artwork created by the employees

Employees also have contests and creative opportunities to showcase their talents outside of clothing – I love these mosaics made using recycled materials

The incredibly sweet BCBG stylists invited me to join their session. I was thrilled to play with all the jewelry and endless racks of clothing (as you can tell by my huge smile)

I love this gold bow necklace

I’m wearing a white body-con dress with a leather spike necklace and wedge booties

When I told Raina (the sweetest stylist) that I liked girly clothes and bright colors she handed me this outfit. I loved the ultra feminine silhouette and sorbet colors – it’s part of the Cafe Society Collection

After the amazing day at the BCBG Headquarters, I spent the following Saturday morning with Lubov and her team at Saks Fifth Avenue
She’s an extraordinary woman and one of the sweetest and funniest people I’ve ever met. During lunch, she told many stories that had the entire table laughing out loud

I wore a white caged dress as a top with a vintage silk Lanvin skirt, Pour la Victoire lace-up oxfords, and Céline Trapeze bag

The BCBGMAZAXRIA corporate offices are a truly inspiring place where art and creativity permeate every aspect of the company. My closet tells you that I am a huge BCBG fan but after this trip my heart has also joined in
Thank you to all the amazing and sweet people at BCBG for making this an unforgettable experience and to Lubov for the inspiration, love, and impromptu carousel ride.
